PAYMENT

All amounts stated on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK), alternatively euros if the English version of the website is selected, including VAT and excluding delivery costs. Music Passion ApS accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay. Payment for the order will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Music Passion ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure. Reservation of amount When using payment cards, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service. Authorization on debit cards For debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and that your available amount will be shown as less. If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation. Credit card authorization The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK) Music Passion ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

DELIVERY SHIPMENT

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days. Music Passion ApS ships goods with PostNord – Private. The shipping price is calculated based on weight. You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”. You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs you incur yourself. The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal. Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to shop@musicals.dk. The notification must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS YOU HAVE RETURNED

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Music Passion ApS to assess the condition of the item.

WARRANTY

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material and manufacturing. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to Music Passion ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Music Passion ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. For returns, the company must be contacted. Complaints are not accepted if these are sent cash on delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS
